Terms and Conditions of Use for Pressure Washing Services

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our pressure washing services. By booking or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Definitions

Service Provider: Refers to Deep Clean Pro-Wash,LLC, the entity providing pressure washing services.Client: Refers to the individual or entity booking or using the pressure washing services.

Services: Refers to pressure washing of surfaces as requested by the Client and agreed upon by the Service Provider.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide pressure washing services as outlined in the service agreement or booking confirmation. Services may include washing of exterior surfaces such as driveways, sidewalks, siding, decks, and other similar surfaces. Specific service details will be provided during booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for the following:

Access to Water Supply: Providing adequate water supply for pressure washing. Clear Work Area: Ensuring that the work area is free of obstructions, including but not limited to vehicles, outdoor furniture, and fragile items. Pets and Children: Ensuring that pets and children are kept away from the work area during the service.

Pre-Existing Conditions: Informing the Service Provider of any pre-existing damage or fragile surfaces that may require special attention.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Estimates

Free estimates are provided based on the scope of work outlined by the customer. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Rates

The final cost of services will be based on the scope of work completed, including any additional work agreed upon during the job.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept [Payment Methods: cash, check, credit cards, etc.]. Late payments may result in additional charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.Cancellation by Service Provider: The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns.

6. Liability and Damages

General Liability: The Service Provider will take reasonable care in performing the pressure washing services but is not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of surfaces resulting from normal wear and tear, weather exposure, or misuse.

Surface Damage: Some surfaces may be sensitive to high-pressure washing. The Client acknowledges and accepts that pressure washing may cause minor damage to fragile or delicate surfaces, including but not limited to paint chipping, scratches, or wood splintering. The Client assumes responsibility for requesting lower pressure or alternative methods if concerned about damage.

Water Intrusion: The Service Provider is not responsible for water intrusion into homes, buildings, or vehicles caused by improper sealing, faulty windows, doors, or structures.

Personal Property: The customer must remove or cover any personal items (e.g., outdoor furniture, vehicles) from the work area. We are not responsible for damage to items that are not moved or covered.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

No Warranty: The Service Provider makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding the results of the pressure washing service or the longevity of the results. Surfaces may reaccumulate dirt, mold, or mildew over time.

Limited Warranty: If any issues arise from the service provided, the Client must notify the Service Provider within 48 hours. The Service Provider will address valid concerns but is not liable for outcomes beyond their control, such as weather or site conditions.

8. Health and Safety

The Client acknowledges that pressure washing services involve high-pressure water that can cause injury if improperly handled. The Client agrees to keep a safe distance from the work area during the service and ensure the safety of others on the property.

9. Termination of Services

The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate services at any time if the work environment is unsafe, payment is not made, or the Client breaches these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Raleigh, North Carolina.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the provision of services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raleigh, NC.

11. Amendments to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
